Theresa Shepherd
French-to-English Translator

Theresa first caught our eye several years before she came to work for Anglocom, when she volunteered at a translation conference that Anglocom was organizing in Washington DC. Not only was she poised, articulate, and dedicated to her profession, she seemed like a great person to be around. So we were (obviously) thrilled when she made the big move in 2018, leaving freelancing to join our team.
She came loaded down with credentials: both a magna cum laude BA and MA in French language and literature from Boston University, a minor in Russian, a study year abroad at Université de Grenoble III, and a roster of happy clients. Although she does sparkling work in many fields, her favorite subjects are communications/marketing, food & beverage, and travel & tourism. Theresa is American and based in Brooklyn, New York.
